- Writing by hand does something with your brain. Typing not. So absolutely write this down.
- Every evening I write one task in my bullet journal for the next day. Two is too much. And guess what my brain wants once I finished that task? Another one. But if I write two, I won’t do it. Maybe this is a good tip for someone.
- For many people food can decide how you feel. It might be dairy, gluten, chocolate or so making you feel hyper or low motivated. You can write down what you eat and drink to find a pattern.
